Territory Business Manager x2 (The Netherlands)

LSR is continuing our partnership with one of Europe’s most exciting wound care specialists for exciting roles in The Netherlands, specifically the Groningen and the Gelderland areas with the right industry background/exposure who is curious to take on a role in the realm of sales.

Previous experience in wound care or a similar field is key to the successful candidate. So, if you have previous wound care or pharma experience then this is the perfect role for you.

Your Responsibilities:

• Represent our products and manage sales in your territory.
• Own your region by identifying new business opportunities, customer needs, and market trends, while developing a sales strategy with your manager.
• Maintain a strategic business plan aligned with best practices under the Sales Manager’s guidance.
• Execute all sales activities, from product introduction to customer training, ensuring key sales messages reach all stakeholders.
• Build long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) as their primary contact.
• Act as the company’s brand ambassador at conferences, congresses, and trade fairs.

Your qualifications & experience:

• You hold a Paramedical or Nurse degree or equivalent based on relevant experience
• Have experience in the realm of Wound care or related products.
• Can demonstrate initial experience in a similar position in a medical or pharmaceutical environment
• You are a native Dutch speaker with a good command of English. Knowledge of French is an asset
• Hold a valid Driving Licence (EU).
