Territory Business Manager – West-Vlaanderen
A growing healthcare company with a strong presence in the wound care space is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join its commercial team in West Flanders, Belgium. This field-based position is ideal for someone with a clinical background and a commercial mindset, ready to take ownership of a defined region and drive product adoption across hospitals, care homes, and community settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales within the West Flanders territory
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to territory planning
- Deliver product training and presentations to clinical stakeholders
- Represent the brand at industry events and maintain CRM data accurately
Requirements
- Clinical or paramedical background (nursing or similar)
- Previous sales experience in a medical or pharmaceutical setting
- Fluent Dutch speaker with good English skills
- Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and open to field travel
