Territory Business Manager – Baden-Württemberg
LSR are continuing our partnership with one of Europe’s most exciting wound care specialists for another exciting role in the Baden-Württemberg area!
If you are a sales-hungry, result-driven business development whizz, then this is your role. Previous experience in wound care or a similar field is key to the successful candidate. So, if you have previous wound care or pharma experience and are located in Baden-Württemberg then this is the perfect role for you!
Your Responsibilities:
- Represent our products and manage sales in your territory.
- Own your region by identifying new business opportunities, customer needs, and market trends, while developing a sales strategy with your manager.
- Maintain a strategic business plan aligned with best practices under the Sales Manager’s guidance.
- Execute all sales activities, from product introduction to customer training, ensuring key sales messages reach all stakeholders.
- Build long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) as their primary contact.
- Act as the companies brand ambassador at conferences, congresses, and trade fairs.
Your qualifications & experience:
- You hold a Paramedical or Nurse degree or equivalent based on relevant experience
- You can demonstrate initial experience in a similar position in a medical or pharmaceutical environment
- Data savvy and comfortable with numbers, you demonstrate ability to effectively use Microsoft Office, CRM system and Showpad
- You are a native French speaker with good command of English. Knowledge of German is an asset
- You hold a valid Driving Licence
