Technical Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Create and deliver customer quotes based on established pricing
Identify and generate leads for new business opportunities, follow up on marketing-generated leads, and develop repeat business
Engage in cold calling to build relationships with potential customers
Provide product information, manage customer queries, and support them with pricing, delivery, and contract inquiries

Qualifications and Skills:

Degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field
1-2 years of sales or product support experience
Hands-on experience in a laboratory environment, particularly with chromatography
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
