Senior Engineer – Small Molecules

My Client is a global and influential company in the life sciences, combining chemical innovation and research to further benefit the pharmaceutical industry.

As part of their continued growth plans in 2025, they are searching for a Senior Engineer who will be specialising in the Small Molecules division. this person is primarily responsible for the design and creation of documentation to establish a global standard operating procedure across all global facilities.

Responsibilities:

• The delivery of small molecule design guidelines based on pre-existing work.
• collaborating with specific function and area SMEs to assimilate and develop process best practices for SOP integration.
• Provide subject matter expertise and domain knowledge for new facility construction.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in engineering. (in either process, pharma, biochemical engineering etc.)
• Experience with cGMP rules and requirements, particularly for chemical API production.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Professional proficiency in both English and German.
