Senior Consultant

My client is an innovator in the medical device and medtech sector of the life sciences. Well established in Europe and growing steadily in the US. They are transforming the lives of many through digital advancements and solutions to various chronic ailments.

They are looking for a Senior Consultant based in Central Europe or on the East Coast of the USA to transform how they operate commercially but also influencing product development and the mentoring of junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex consultancy programs, overseeing the end-to-end design.
• Serve as a point of contact and become a KOL within the company.
• Provide mentorship including training, and support for Consultants and Analysts.
• Drive the development of innovative solution concepts for products and services.

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree, a Master’s would be preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in MedTech, with a focus on Commercial, Product Development, Business Development, or R&D
• Proven track record in consulting, particularly in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or health systems, with a link to digital and tech experience.
• Product management and commercialization skills
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple projects
