We’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in science and at least one year of project management experience as an Account Executive (or equivalent) within the medical communications field. A degree-level education is preferred. You should be proactive, optimistic, and able to manage responsibilities while prioritizing your workload. Flexibility, teamwork, and strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you’ll be collaborating with people across the company on a daily basis.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of one year’s experience in both meetings and publications within a medical communications agency
  • Strong client management skills in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Excellent project and time management abilities
  • Proven skills in delegation and prioritization
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Financial tracking and business development expertise
  • Professional, mature attitude with a desire for continuous improvement
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Proficiency in tools like Veeva, iEnvision, Excel, and PowerPoint

Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, organizing advisory boards and symposia, updating status reports, monitoring project budgets, and supporting new business development. There may also be opportunities for international travel.
