HR Manager

We’re working with an International client in Clinical Trials Services that is looking to empathise their European growth with an experienced HR Manager to join the team and manage all German operations for their facility in Höchstädt. Ensuring that all procedures are compliant with the local laws whilst being the primary point of contact for relevant staff.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and implementing the appropriate HR strategies
• Manage administration
• Ensure all policies at compliant with legal requirements
• Manage additional recruitment and onboarding for new employees
• Manage and delegate payroll responsibilities
• Support German management

Experience & requirements:

• Fluent in German and a strong English speaker
• Strong HR operational experience
• Strong written communication
• Degree in Business Administration and/or HR qualifications
