GMP Facilities and Utilities Maintenance Engineer
As a Facilities & Utilities Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation aspects of facilities. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you'll oversee maintenance operations, ensuring facilities and utilities run smoothly to support manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate day-to-day maintenance of facilities.
- Report incidents to Facility Lead promptly.
- Manage gas procurement and maintain cylinder stock levels.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks and technical troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with legionella risk assessment protocols.
- Assist Facilities Lead in vendor management and contractor administration.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address issues proactively.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in cGMP Pharmaceutical Operations.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Drug Substance Biologics manufacturing.
- Experience in Vaccine manufacturing and Advanced Therapeutics is advantageous.
- Preferable experience in aseptic operations..
- Degree in engineering or equivalent experience, with relevant technical qualifications.
