Location: London, UK (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH) Job Type: Full-time, Fixed-term (1 year) This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven initiative that aims to enhance access to healthcare, mentorship, and leadership opportunities for women. We are looking for an energetic and experienced Event Sales and Account Manager to drive our sales efforts. This role is ideal for those with a solid sales background who wish to make a meaningful impact on women's lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote event sponsorships, exhibition spaces, and ticket sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners.
  • Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Attend industry events to network and generate leads.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues promptly.
  • Track sales performance and report regularly to senior management.
  • Assist in planning and executing the event to ensure it meets high standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, within event management or a related area.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on results.
  • Passionate about women’s health, technology, and entrepreneurship.
