Territory Business Manager – BeLux
An innovative healthcare company with a strong product portfolio in wound care is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cover the Province of Luxembourg (Belgium) and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. This is a field-based commercial role focused on growing market presence through close engagement with healthcare professionals in hospitals, pharmacies, and care facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and product awareness across assigned territories
- Build strong relationships with clinicians, pharmacists, and care providers
- Identify new business opportunities and regional trends
- Deliver product training and support to healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records and activity reports in the CRM system
Requirements
- Background in nursing, paramedical sciences, or related field
- Previous experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales
- Fluent in French and good command of English; German or Luxembourgish is a plus
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across BeLux
