Senior Marketing Manager
3 days a week onsite
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to build and lead our marketing efforts. You will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and generate leads for sales. Working hands-on and with external agencies, you'll create impactful campaigns in the life sciences sector and contribute to the growth of a fast-paced, innovative company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a marketing plan to boost brand awareness and generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
- Run multichannel campaigns and manage social media channels
- Oversee content creation (whitepapers, blogs, videos, webinars)
- Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Manage internal teams and external agencies
Requirements
- 5+ years in life science marketing
- MSc in biology, biochemistry, or a related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven experience in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with digital marketing and SEO
- Experience with marketing tools like Hubspot
- Ability to travel within the UK and EU (25%)
