Proposal Writer – Unlicensed Medicine (Remote, UK)

Life Sciences Recruitment is pleased to confirm that we are working with a rapidly growing, global client that provides a variety of unique clinical trial services to the Life Science industry with a key focus on Unlicensed Medicine.

We’re looking for a full-time Proposal Writer with extensive experience in working in end-to-end services in a Clinical Trials, working with key internal and external stakeholders in Business Development and Project management with global clients and team members while providing accurate RFIs and RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a key point of contact for prospective and existing clients
• Working collaboratively with project management, quality, operational and business development colleagues
• Produce, review and edit proposals which includes templates and summaries
• Provide accurate proposals and contacts for internal and external stakeholders
• Calculating costs and timeframes in a satisfactory standard
• Maintain and drive quality results through consistent proposals

Requirements & Experience

• 3+ years of Proposal writing experience
• 2+ years of working with Unlicensed Medicine
• Strong experience producing RFPs/RFPIs
• Experience in leading and managing internal and external meetings
