Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Place purchase orders in line with stakeholder and business needs, ensuring On-Time In-Full (OTIF) deliveries and adherence to commercial price agreements.
Manage vendor performance and relationships, ensuring the integrity of systems, pricing, and nominated sources to allow seamless MRP/ERP purchase orders for the planning team.
Oversee inventory levels to maintain optimal stock holdings.
Collaborate closely with R&D teams to integrate supply-side inputs into design and drive standardization and commercial considerations within R&D projects.
Evaluate the market to onboard new vendors, reducing obsolescence risks and supporting new product introductions (NPI).
Support facilities management in contract negotiations, tendering, and outsourcing projects.
Assist the sales team with tender development and completion.
Partner with the Quality team to manage the supplier rejection process, determining root causes, and implementing corrective actions.

Key Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles, ideally within a custom manufacturing setting.
CIPS Level 4 qualification is desirable.
A relevant qualification (or equivalent experience) in an Engineering or Manufacturing-related discipline is preferred.
Experience in ISO 9001-compliant environments is a plus.
