Director of Sales, Marketing, Business Development
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Discovery Specialist in a dynamic role where you'll be instrumental in expanding our client base across the US and Europe. As the Director of Sales, Marketing, Business Development, you will lead client-relationship management, research markets, and identify strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Actively pursue new sales opportunities through client meetings, networking, and social media.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver professional presentations and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and potential partners.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacology, or related Life Science discipline.
- In-depth knowledge of applying biochemical and cell-based assay technologies in lead discovery research.
- Domain expertise in commercial Drug Discovery with a well-maintained network in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Minimum of 5 years of business experience with a proven track record in Lead Discovery research and Sales/Marketing/Business Development.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and hands-on experience with CRM software.
